Begging has been practiced in India from time immemorial. The problem of beggars is a social evil and an affront on the national prestige of India. The Indian Government should take immediate steps to eradicate it.

ACT FOR ERADICATING BEGGING FROM INDIA. ACT FOR THEIR REHABILITATION. IN EVERY TRAVELING EXPERIENCE I PASS THROUGH THE FACE OF A NUMBER OF CHILD BEGGERS. SO ACT AGAINST CHILD LABOUR AND BEGGING
